1、 Poor yarn evenness
Main causes:

Preventive measures:
The distance between the single spindle guide yarn movement and the edge of the roller should be greater than 3mm. Otherwise, if the ingot is empty, notify the maintenance worker to handle it.

4. Replace the cracked leather ring. If there is no leather ring, handle it with an empty ingot.

7. When the pressure of the roller fails and the clamp claw is not in correct position, notify the maintenance worker to handle the empty ingot.
8. Timely shutdown feedback.
Handling method:
Unqualified yarn should be pulled off before jointing.
2、 Long thick and long fine yarn
Main causes:
1. The rear leather roller does not rotate or stutters.
2. The spindle does not rotate properly.
3. Clogged bell mouth
4. Double root feeding
Preventive measures:
When encountering a situation where the rear roller does not rotate or the hanging ingot does not rotate properly, empty the ingot and notify the maintenance worker to handle it.
2. Timely eliminate blockage at the bell mouth
3. Strengthen patrol inspections.
Handling method:
Send the group to the next process for processing.
3、 Tight twist and weak twist yarn
Main causes:
1. The ingot belt runs up and down.
2. Spindle strip detachment
3. The joint speed is too slow
4. Spindle rewinding
Preventive measures:
1. Strengthen patrols and handle them in a timely manner
2. When doffing, strengthen inspection to prevent the spindle belt from falling off and the spindle hook from failing.
3. Accelerate joint speed
4. Timely handle spindle wire return
Handling method:
If the spindle strip falls off, the same four spindle tube yarn should be pulled out and sent to the next process for centralized processing.
4、 Feather yarn
Main causes:
1. Improper model of steel wire ring (too light)
2. Poor steel ring
3. Twisted spindle
4. Low relative humidity
Preventive measures:
1. Use the correct wire ring model
2. Timely replace any defects found
3. Notify the maintenance team to ensure proper efficiency
4. Control the relative temperature and humidity well
Handling method:
Hand it over to the group for concentration and send it to the next process for processing.
5、 Cotton Ball (Full Sky Star)
Main causes:
Wire ring abrasion
Preventive measures:
When replacing the steel ring, if there are multiple ingots and stars on the machine, it should be recorded for the convenience of checking the steel ring and steel ring cycle on a regular day shift.
Handling method:
Delegate to the group for concentration and send to the next process for processing
6、 Oily yarn
Main causes:
1. The yarn tube is stained with oil on the ground
2. Oil stains in the yarn channel
3. The spindle hook fails, and oil stains are splashed out when the spindle is pulled out during doffing.
4. Use roller oil to wipe the steel ring.
5. Oil hand joint
Preventive measures:
1. If oil stains are found in the lanes and yarn passages, wipe them off promptly.
2. If the spindle hook fails during doffing, the doffing team leader shall record and notify the maintenance worker to handle it.
3. It is prohibited to use roller oil to wipe the steel ring.
4. Prohibit oil hand joints
Handling method:
1. Oil stained yarn can be treated clean and put into use after treatment.
2. If it cannot be handled cleanly, it should be handed over to the group for concentration and sent to the next process for processing.
7、 Poorly formed yarn
Main causes:
1. Failure of the supporting teeth or failure of the forming cam, resulting in poor forming of the entire machine, collision with the steel ring, etc.
2. Some spindles have severe eccentricity, tube jumping, etc.
3. Excessive spinning at the spindle foot, resulting in yarn breakage
Preventive measures:
1. If the entire yarn is poorly formed, it should be stopped in a timely manner and notified to the maintenance worker for handling.
2. For severely eccentric single spindles, timely pull out the large and small tube yarns during the tour, record the size, and notify the maintenance worker to handle it
3. Jumping single spindle should be dealt with in a timely manner, pulling off the spindle foot and returning the wire. If there is a problem with the yarn tube, replace the yarn tube and regrow the head.
Handling method:
1. When touching the steel ring plate yarn, it should be handled by the shift and the damaged yarn section should be removed before it can be put into the next process for practical use.
2. Depending on the situation, if the forming defect does not affect the production of the winding process, it should be put into use in the next stage. Otherwise, the defective yarn segment must be removed.
8、 Staggered branch
Main causes:
Wrong use of roving, incorrect use of bobbin, failure of rear roller pressure
Preventive measures:
Strengthen patrol inspection and notify maintenance workers to handle it
Handling method:
Submit to the team leader for unified handling
9、 Coal ash yarn
Main causes:
The outdoor air has high turbidity, and particles in the air enter the spinning workshop
Preventive measures:
1. The air conditioning room should be well warned of adverse weather conditions.
2. Advance yarn shedding to shorten spinning time.
